Gentle Kundalini yoga and conscious breathwork invite you to return to your breath, your heart, and your inner peace.

A gong sound journey will transport you to deep, expansive soundscapes where the soul finds rest and the heart listens.

We will conclude this restorative evening with a lovingly prepared Ayurvedic curry (and rice) and soothing tea.
