Everything was perfect but beds are hard like they should have mattress, that's why I slept badly and information about roof terrace and other services would have been needed. Location is good, rooms have good airconditioning and nights were silent.

There are loads of restaurants and cafés along the street, and when you venture further into town, everything is easily accessible. We loved hearing the sound of the church bells right down the road, and all the people we met were immensely friendly and welcoming.
The staff were incredibly helpful and even assisted us with arranging a taxi when needed. We hired electric bicycles and cycled around the Montgó valleys — highly recommended! There’s also a nearby wine farm, which is a must-visit. You can easily find it on Google Maps.

Very small rooms, no lift, good cleanliness, friendly staff, difficulty making changes.
Great small hotel, perfect location, friendly staff and good quality restaurant, with reasonably priced breakfast. Our only criticism is the beds… very hard and uncomfortable, barely slept for the 3 nights we were there … such a pity, and the ONLY reason we wouldn’t return
It had been a convent. It's very quiet. We went to book for March, since we were there two years ago and we liked it. It is in the old town.

Excellent location next to the Castell de Denia and Calle del Marques de Campo, surrounded by a wide range of leisure and restaurants.

I didn't stay there, but I did eat a delicious menu with their sticky rice that was super good; The waiter's attention was excellent, it is noticeable when you find a lifelong professional who enjoys his work. I will return without a doubt and I will most likely stay there

This place is very clean, everything is very attentive on the part of the receptionists, the dogs are very well cared for, no problems with the dogs, the restaurant is super good and for being hosted there is a 10% discount and the dogs can be in a place with air inside the restaurant. At the beginning the receptionist (Peter) gave us a map and explained the whole of Dénia and the places we could visit, spectacular service, Helena was also very friendly. 5 in everything
We were there from August 1 to 14, 2024 and all the staff were very friendly and especially Miss Aldina. He advised us to visit several towns, and the truth is that we loved it. We will return to the loreto hotel
We have just spent 9 days at the Loreto hotel with half board. Regarding the meals, we are very satisfied: we have never eaten the same thing. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Only one weak point, the sheets were not changed during our entire stay.
The best of all were the people at the reception, but in general my stay in this Hostel was a pleasure. I loved everything. Denia is the most beautiful place in the world.

Only one minor issue, on my first evening the people above my room kept scraping the furniture across the floor at 03:00 hours really loudly! Spoke with the reception staff and they were very helpful. No issue the second night!

Cozy hostel, right in the center, unbeatable treatment. The restaurant is great and Jorge too. We have been like at home. A 10 for everyone.
This old city monastery is now a great hostal! Service, breakfast and situation is just perfect! If we will go to Denia in the future, we will always go here! Thanks!
Nice hotel in a street with tapas bars and restaurants. Reception was fine and check-in was smooth. Room and bathroom are small but the bed is fine and a lovely shower. Parking is impossible, but the parking garage is a 10-minute walk away.

Unfortunately I had a youth group or a school trip group, idk, stay the level above me and there was no tranquility in the morning whatsoever. One could hear every step/word/luggage going over the floor tiles and staircases.

I like to try to find hotels which make you feel you are in a particular country, and not like the hotel could be in any country in the World. And Loreto has Spain written all over it.
Particularly the courtyard area and the tiny terrace looking out onto the narrow busy tapas bar street. Could be noisy on a weekend night but they recently put double glazed windows to quieten it!
Very helpful staff also. Recommend

My friends & I decided to try the tapaz in the restaurant at this very attractive hotel. We weren’t disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was great and Linda the manager was extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The hotel has just had a refurb and it looks great. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.
